Dr. Jazayeri (Dr. J) takes pride in his practice of 

Dentistry.  He stays up to date with the latest 
and greatest dental innovations by taking 
multiple continuing education courses every 
year.

Dr. Jazayeri has lived in the greater Fort Walton 
Beach area for over 14 years now. He is 
originally from central Illinois and appreciates 
the warm weather here greatly. In his free time 
he enjoys spending time with his wife, Solange and daughters Isadora and Aleyna.  In addition, he enjoys
making full use of the beautiful Emerald coast 
water in the summer including fishing, boating, wake boarding and hanging out at the beach.  He enjoys running, biking and swimming.   He is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle to all those around him.  
Dr. Jazayeri has established his roots in the panhandle and is excited to continue to serve the community with a positive influence.
